Your Questions, Answered
What is included with my general admission pass?
Each admission pass grants full access to our bathhouse, saunas, locker rooms, and both indoor and outdoor pools and lounges. Guests are provided with a robe or spa attire, towels, a secure locker, and basic toiletries. Please note that specialized spa treatments, food, and beverages carry additional costs and will be billed directly to the account linked to your electronic wristband.
What is the validity period for an admission ticket?
A standard admission ticket grants entry for one full day, covering the hours from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Should a guest check in between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM or check out after 1:00 AM, an extra fee of $30 will apply. Additionally, re-entry is prohibited; exiting the facility invalidates your pass, requiring the purchase of a new ticket to enter again.
Is general admission covered if I book a massage?
No, the cost of general admission is not included in specialized massage services. You must purchase a separate general admission ticket to enter the facility for your scheduled treatment.
Are the spa amenities gender-segregated?
Connexion Spa operates primarily as a co-ed facility, though we provide entirely separate, designated locker rooms and bathhouses for each gender.
What happens if the spa reaches full capacity?
If our facility reaches maximum capacity, a waitlist will be established for arriving guests. However, individuals with scheduled spa services bypass this requirement and receive priority entry.

This spa exceeded all my expectations. The facilities are spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. I tried the full-body massage and facial combo—worth every penny. The therapists are highly skilled and really listen to your needs. I'll definitely be coming back regularly.
A hidden gem! The ambiance is peaceful, and the service is top-notch. I especially loved the aromatherapy treatment—it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. The staff made me feel welcome and cared for the entire time. Perfect place to unwind.
I've been to many spas, but this one stands out. The attention to detail is amazing, from the soothing music to the high-quality products they use. My deep tissue massage relieved weeks of tension. Truly a five-star experience.
An amazing escape from the busy city life! Everything was perfect—the cleanliness, the professionalism, and the relaxing vibe. The hot stone massage was heavenly. I walked out feeling like a new person. Can't wait to visit again!
